About Me

Bonjour et bienvenue. Thank you for taking the time to visit and to get to know me a little better.

I am a mother, a lover of nature and of movement, and a deeply feeling human. While I often saw my sensitive nature as a weakness, as a flaw I must take good care to hide and protect myself from, I am now learning to embrace my attuned nature as one of my greatest gifts.

I have the great fortune of living, working and playing on the unceded territory of the Lkwungen (Lekwungen) peoples, and the Songhees, Esquimalt, and W̱SÁNEĆ First Nations, commonly referred to as Victoria, BC.

My partner and I live with our two young children and our first baby, an 8 year old American bulldog named Sky.

We love spending time in and around the ocean and exploring the many nearby forests this beautiful island has to offer.

I hold a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Northern Arizona University and a bachelor's degree in Education from l'Université d'Ottawa. I have worked in various mental health settings and positions including schools, career and guidance counselling, EAP programs and crisis intervention and support. Having worked in the field of education for nearly a decade both in the classroom and as a school guidance counsellor, I understand many of the challenges faced by youth, parents and education professionals.

A native French speaker, I offer all counselling services in both English and French.
