Bonjour, Welcome.  A Registered Clinical Counsellor in the province of British Columbia, I have had the privilege of working with adults, adolescents and families for over 15 years.

As a parent of young children, I am passionate about supporting parents in all stages of the parenting journey. I have a strong interest in supporting individuals with perinatal mental health concerns, including post-partum anxiety and depression. Other areas of focus include managing stress and anxiety, grief and loss, and supporting individuals through school, career, and life transitions.

Originally trained in more mind-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, I've gravitated towards the inclusion of more body-centered, somatic and mindfulness-based counselling. I have completed training programs in Internal Family Systems Therapy, somatic healing, and have recently completed a two year training and mentorship program in Compassionate Inquiry, a psychotherapeutic approach to trauma developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. 

 

I am registered as a provider for ICBC, CVAP and the First Nations Health Authority.
